Who's excited for our Green Monday Lunch?! I am! Green is not only my favourite colour but I was also that weird child who loved their veggies :). I've come to find Hong Kong actually has quite a good community of healthy eaters. Working in the Central location, there's plenty of healthy options to choose from. I've found so far that Mana! is the best option that's good value for money, and I leave full (and stay full!).
It's a new year, so we all want to abide by our resolutions (at least for the first month!). I always find that my friends are trying to be fitter and healthier in the New Year. I live life like I want to, not to try out a crazy diet or detox. Being healthy is a lifestyle, not a resolution! The resolutions is the first step to changing your lifestyle :).
Hopefully all our Garagers are trying to get on that healthy lifestyle so they'll join us on the terrace Monday! :) To entice the non-veggie lovers, and if you're a sweet lover I'll be bringing in some homemade carrot cupcakes! Hope to see you all there :) ~ EK
