What Brought You to Garage Society?
"We were originally in a private office in Sai Ying Pun, but given our small team size, it was not ideal. We saw each other every day without much external interaction. We wanted a space that could offer the best of both worlds, privacy when we need to focus, and open, networking friendly areas when we want to connect with others, all while keeping the same beautiful harbour view we had before.
Garage Society provides exactly that. It is a convivial place with quiet corners that allow us to work and concentrate, but it also has that human touch that lets us meet new people, engage in meaningful conversations, and explore new partnerships and business opportunities. What's the Most Exciting Thing on Your Plate Right Now?
"One interesting project I've been involved in is supporting a wine and spirits distributor client, a globally located business, with both EPM and Change Management. This is a great example of how we blend business consulting with technology. What makes us stand out is our ability to offer local presence in both Europe and Asia, with our France and Hong Kong teams working closely together to deliver seamless support across time zones and markets."
Give Us a Fun Fact About the Team
Ever since Bakia established its Hong Kong office, the team has been in three different offices, and all three have kept the same breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour. Whether in Sai Ying Pun, their private office, or now at Garage Society Sheung Wan on the 25th and 26th floors, that harbour view has been their one constant. It has become something of a signature. No matter where the team moves, they always make sure to keep that iconic Hong Kong skyline in sight. Pretty serious about their views, it would seem.
